Date Nights | Presented by STARadio (WINTER), Holiday Inn, 4821 Oak: Moms and Dads can go on a date anytime but how often does dad get a chance to take his daughter out for a night of fun or mom a chance to take her son? The Quincy Park District and STARadio will provide everything you need for the perfect date with your son or daughter.  AGES: 4-12. 
Daddy/Daughter, March 8, 2020:  6:00-9:00 p.m.
Mommy/Son, March 7, 2020:  6:00-9:00 p.m.

Easter Event (Free event): The Quincy Park District & Harrison HyVee have teamed up to offer an Easter Event on Saturday, April 13, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. Registration begins at 10:00 a.m. There will be a coloring contest, jelly bean guess contest, an “Easter egg hunt” and activities for the children. During the Easter egg hunt children will be grouped by age.

Family Fun In the Sun (Free event): At Moorman Park for two Tuesday evenings in the summer, there are fun-filled family-friendly shows.

July 23 2019 –  The Wet & Wild Adventure Show  6:00-7:00 p.m.

Movies In the Park | Presented by 1st Bankers Trust (Free event): Bring your chairs and blankets to Moorman Park on Friday nights to enjoy a family friendly movie three times in the great outdoors.
June 7, 2019 – Christopher Robin- 8:45 p.m. approx.
June 21, 2019 – Honey I Shrunk the Kids- 8:45 p.m. approx.
July 19, 2019 – Monsters University- 8:45 p.m. approx.

Outdoor Concert Series (Free event): On three Fri. Nights in the summer, Washington Park will be the place to be as the Quincy Park District sponsors a series of outdoor entertaining events during the summer.

July 19, 2019 -Raised On Radio  7:00-8:30 p.m.
August 2, 2019 -The Cheeseburgers  7:00-8:30 p.m.

Fall Festival @ The Batting Cage(Free event): Join us for the 2019 Fall Festival! We will be having tons of fun in Upper Moorman Park and The Batting Cage for this FREE event. There will be a bounce house, truck show, and so much more! All the fun runs from 10:00 am-1:00 pm on Saturday.  ALL AGES
September 21, 2019 (Saturday):  10:00 am-1:00 pm.

Fall Storytelling (Free event): Have a fun-filled evening in September with stories at this free event at Moorman Park large shelter with refreshments.
September 12, 2019 -Mother Goose & Friends    (Thursday):  6:00-7:00 p.m.

Trailblazer 5K | Presented by KHQA & Friends of the Trails
Runners|Walkers. Ages 10 & up. Sat. Oct. 12th 10:00 am-12:00 pm
Starts @Bob Mays Park  2533 N 18th St. to 5th Street and back.

RACE DAY MATERIAL PICK-UP
Race bib, shirt and results checking information will be available the day of the race beginning at 8:30am at the shelter house in Bob Mays Park.
