The Batting Cage area features hitting cages, mini golf, kayaks, paddleboats, concessions, disc golf, pickleball courts and a multi-purpose court.

Hitting Cages (New Machines 2023)

Batting Cages - Quincy Park District

The Hitting Cages are located in Upper Moorman Park and offer baseball and slow pitch and fast pitch softball hitting machines. Concessions are available.

Token prices: 4/$3.75 and 10/$5.75

Mini Golf

Mini Golf - Quincy Park District

Also in Upper Moorman is an 18-hole miniature golf course, beautifully landscaped with running streams and a large rock sculpture.

There only allowed groups of four and stay at least one whole apart.

Prices: 12 & under $5.75, 13 & over $6.50
Seniors (62 & Older) & Veterans $4.50

Groups of 50+, 8 a.m. to Noon: 12 & under: $5.00 and 13 & over: $5.75

Kayaks & Paddleboats

Kayaks & Paddle Boats - Quincy Park District

Kayaks & Paddleboat rentals are located in this same area on Moorman Lake. Four seat boats are available for rent. Youth, 12 and under, must ride with an adult (over 18 years old).

Summer Hours: Monday-Saturday 10 a.m.-Sunset, Sunday Noon-Sunset.
Spring/Fall Hours:
Monday-Friday 3:30 p.m.-Sunset, Saturday 10 a.m.-Sunset, Sunday Noon-Sunset.
Prices: $8.75/hour or $6.25/30 minutes.

Disc Golf

A great 18-hole Disc Golf course starts just south of the Batting Cage. Score cards and discs are available at the Batting Cage. Disc price: $12 to own.

Pickleball Courts

Pickleball is a paddle sport created for all ages and skill level.The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast paced, competitive game for experience players. Equipment needed free of charge at concessions building.

Multi-Purpose Court

The Multi-Purpose Court can be used for either Basketball, Soccer or Futsol.  Basketballs and Soccer balls can be rented free of charge from the concessions building.

Package #1: $75

  • Up to 10 children – $7 each additional child
  • 1 round mini-golf per child
  • Each child receives: A hot dog, chips, small soda and free golf coupon.

Package #2: $100

  • Up to 10 children – $9 each additional child
  • 50 tokens or 1 hour cage rental: 1 round mini-golf per child
  • Each child receives: A hot dog, chips, small soda and free golf coupon. 5 additional tokens for birthday child

Cage Rental: $30

  • Per hour
  • No rentals between 5 and 8 p.m.

Mini-Golf:

  • 12 & Under: $5.75
  • 13 & Up: $6.50

Paddleboats – Kayaks:

  • 1/2 Hour: $6.25
  • 1 Hour: $8.75

Hitting Cages:

  • 4 Tokens: $3.75
  • 10 Tokens: $5.75
